We were asked to create an on air identity and imaging package for GO’s bi-weekly interactive gaming show. It needed to appeal specifically to gamers, but had to be visually universal enough to attract other potential viewers in the youth market.
Strategy, Concept & Execution:
We created custom typography for the logo, the shapes of which are indicative of the buttons on a gaming consol, and the componenets that make it up. We used bright neon colours to give it a pop edge, and to make it feel more fun and inclusive of a broader audience, as opposed to using a typical gaming look and feel (dark & gothic).
